Project Description
Project overview
JustPark US Event Parking is a leading smart mobility platform helping drivers find and book parking in advance.
This project focused on building a bespoke US event parking WordPress theme for JustPark, designed to support venue-led landing pages, major event campaigns and expandable city-based parking experiences. The theme needed to do more than present marketing content. It also had to support dynamic event discovery, parking purchase journeys, venue information and fast rollout of new pages across the US market.
I developed the theme as a flexible ACF-powered platform with reusable components, custom templates and integration-ready modules that support both editorial control and high-intent user journeys. The result was a scalable foundation for event parking campaigns, venue content and conversion-focused landing pages tailored to the US audience. This work aligns most closely with custom WordPress development, technical SEO and ongoing support for high-growth platforms.
The challenge
The theme needed to balance marketing flexibility with real product complexity. JustPark required a system that could support multiple venue and event page types, integrate with live parking and event data, and remain easy for internal teams to manage without developer involvement for every update.
Internal teams needed modular page-building tools to launch and update venue and event pages quickly.
The theme had to support venue information, directions, parking discovery and booking-focused CTAs in one flow.
SmartPass-powered event and listing data needed to connect cleanly to front-end landing pages.
New cities, venues and event experiences needed to stay on-brand and performant across the US rollout.
What was delivered
I designed and developed the custom JustPark US event parking theme in WordPress, using a flexible content architecture powered by ACF and a reusable component system tailored to venue, city and event-led landing pages.
Alongside the theme foundation, I built modules for hero sections, city search tabs, venue information, FAQs, match and event cards, driving directions and parking maps, and booking-focused content blocks. I also supported integration points for SmartPass event data and parking listing flows so the theme could support both marketing content and live event parking journeys.
Built a bespoke theme specifically for JustPark’s US event parking needs.
Created reusable content blocks for scalable page building and easier content management.
Connected event and parking listing flows to support live event-driven experiences.
Developed components for host cities, venue detail, directions, FAQs and booking journeys.
Core functionality included
A custom-built theme tailored to JustPark’s US event and venue campaigns.
Modular page sections support faster content creation without sacrificing consistency.
Custom city tabs and landing page components help users navigate event parking by location.
Event cards and booking flows can connect to live SmartPass event and listing data.
Integrated Google Maps-based venue and parking guidance within reusable page components.
Match and event card components support clear calls to action around parking purchase.
FAQs, informational sections, banners and structured content blocks support complete landing pages.
The same system can support new venues, tournaments, events and regional campaigns over time.
Key architecture decisions
A key decision was building the theme around ACF flexible content rather than hard-coded page templates. That made it possible to combine reusable sections in different ways for venue pages, event landing pages and city-based campaign pages, while keeping the editing experience structured and maintainable.
Another important choice was treating the theme as a hybrid between content platform and product layer. Instead of limiting it to static marketing pages, the build was designed to support live event data, parking listing logic, map-based directions and booking pathways. That gave JustPark a much more durable platform for US event parking growth.
Editors can assemble rich landing pages from reusable, structured sections.
Shared modules reduce duplication and keep implementation consistent across page types.
The theme supports event data, booking links and parking inventory journeys alongside editorial content.
New campaigns, venues and city pages can be launched from the same core system.
Results and outcomes
The result was a more scalable and conversion-oriented digital foundation for JustPark’s US event parking presence. The theme made it easier to launch venue and event pages, support live parking journeys and maintain consistency across a growing set of landing pages and campaign experiences.
Modular components make venue and event landing pages faster to create and update.
Users can move more easily from venue discovery to parking selection and booking.
Structured ACF fields make the platform easier for internal teams to manage over time.
The same theme system supports additional cities, venues and event types without rebuilding.
Reusable front-end components keep experiences aligned across multiple landing pages.
The theme is positioned to support future growth, integrations and campaign iterations.
Technology used
The theme was built with custom WordPress development, Advanced Custom Fields flexible content, reusable PHP-based theme components, custom JavaScript modules, Google Maps integration and SmartPass-connected event parking functionality to support scalable US venue and event landing pages.
This work is especially relevant to custom WordPress development, technical SEO and support and maintenance for high-intent landing page ecosystems.
Next steps
This theme created a strong platform for expanding JustPark’s US event parking presence through reusable landing pages, venue-focused content and integration-ready booking journeys. The same architecture can continue supporting new venues, additional event campaigns and deeper conversion-focused enhancements without starting from scratch.
If you need a scalable WordPress theme, component-driven landing page architecture or ongoing support for high-intent marketing and booking journeys, the most relevant starting points are usually custom WordPress development, support and maintenance and technical SEO foundations.
