Project Description
Project overview
JustPark is a leading smart mobility platform helping millions of drivers find and book parking across the UK and US.
My work focused on building scalable, high-performing digital platforms that support both JustPark’s B2B growth and its event parking expansion. The initial engagement centred on the relaunch and rebrand of the B2B platform, followed by the development and maintenance of high-traffic event parking websites for major venues and live events.
I supported the platform through custom WordPress development, flexible ACF-driven architecture, component-based front-end implementation and performance-focused delivery designed to help marketing teams move quickly without compromising consistency or reliability.
The challenge
The project needed to balance design quality, content flexibility and performance at scale. The B2B site had to be easy for internal teams to manage while staying aligned with the wider JustPark brand, and event-specific sites needed to perform reliably under traffic spikes tied to major live events.
Internal teams needed flexible page-building tools without breaking design consistency.
Event parking pages needed to stay fast and reliable during high-demand traffic peaks.
Figma designs had to translate into clean, responsive components across multiple site types.
The platform needed to support both UK and US event parking experiences with location-specific content.
What was delivered
I led the rebuild of the JustPark B2B website using a custom ACF and component-based WordPress architecture, then extended that work into event-focused landing pages and ongoing maintenance for high-traffic parking experiences.
Rebuilt the JustPark business site with a flexible WordPress structure tailored for long-term use.
Created reusable content components that make updates easier for internal teams.
Turned Figma designs into polished, consistent and mobile-friendly interfaces.
Built and maintained event-specific landing pages for major UK and US parking campaigns.
Core functionality included
A flexible content platform aligned with JustPark’s rebrand and growth strategy.
Modular page sections support easier editing and more consistent layouts.
Designs were translated into responsive components with attention to flow and visual detail.
Pages were built to load quickly and support high-conversion journeys.
Dedicated sites support venue and event-based search demand across regions.
Event pages can reflect different markets, venues and audience needs.
Infrastructure and delivery decisions were shaped around peak event demand.
The platform continues to be supported as new campaigns and needs emerge.
Key architecture decisions
One of the most important decisions was building the platform around reusable components instead of rigid templates. That gave JustPark’s internal teams more flexibility to create and update pages while keeping the design system coherent and easier to maintain.
The same thinking also supported event-specific site expansion. By combining custom WordPress development with structured content architecture and performance-aware hosting, the platform could support both brand consistency and traffic resilience across multiple use cases.
Reusable sections made content editing more efficient and future changes easier to manage.
Structured fields gave teams flexibility without sacrificing consistency.
Pages were designed to stay fast and stable during busy user demand windows.
New event sites and campaigns could be launched more quickly from the same development approach.
Results and outcomes
The result was a more flexible and maintainable digital platform for JustPark’s B2B and event parking presence. The work improved content agility, supported large-scale event demand and created a stronger foundation for ongoing market expansion.
The rebuilt business site is easier to update and extend over time.
Reusable components support quicker landing page creation and iteration.
High-traffic event pages are better equipped to handle demand spikes.
Front-end delivery stays aligned with the brand across different page types.
The same development approach supports expansion into new services and regions.
The platform can keep evolving without relying on fragile one-off builds.
Technology used
The platform was built with custom WordPress development, ACF-driven structured content architecture, reusable front-end components and performance-focused hosting on Kinsta to support scalable landing pages and high-traffic event experiences.
This work is especially relevant to custom WordPress development, technical SEO and support and maintenance for growth-focused platforms.
Next steps
This work created a strong foundation for JustPark’s ongoing B2B growth and event parking expansion. The same architecture can continue supporting new campaigns, additional markets and landing-page-led acquisition without rebuilding from scratch each time.
If you need a scalable WordPress platform, high-performing landing pages or ongoing development support for growth-focused websites, the most relevant starting points are usually custom WordPress development, support and maintenance and technical SEO foundations.
